PERSONAL DATA
The personal data recorded by the SHJT enable it to send its members and supporters all useful information about its activities. These data are secured and are not passed on to any person or organisation outside the SHJT (with the exception, where applicable, of subcontractors who may work on the website). For supporters, they are kept for a period of thirteen months after the data are recorded. Data will be kept for a longer period only where there is a legal obligation to do so (in which case the statutory limitation period applies).
In accordance with the regulations, members and supporters may request access to their personal data, or their rectification, erasure or portability, restrict their use or object to their processing. These rights may be exercised by letter sent to the address given above or via the contact form available on the website. If, after contacting the SHJT, members and supporters consider that their rights have not been respected, they may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies and audience measurement
To measure and improve traffic to the website, the SHJT uses Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the banner displayed on your first visit. The measurement cookies ("_ga…") are then kept for no more than 13 months; IP addresses are anonymised. Your choice is remembered for 6 months and you can change it at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. The website does not place any advertising cookies. Only the administration area uses a session cookie, which is strictly necessary for it to function.
